Marcey serves as the Management and Program Analyst for ORTA where she is provides budget support to ORTA offices. Prior to the formation of ORTA, Marcey provided budget support for TPO since 2018 when she transitioned from being a contractor to a Federal employee.

Before joining TPO, Marcey was contractor for 11 years as a budget analyst for OAR’s Office of Weather and Air Quality (OWAQ) now Weather Program Office (WPO). She gained a lot of budget experience as well as became the lead on interagency agreements.

Marcey earned a BA in Business Administration from Idaho State University and an MBA with a concentration in International Business from California Baptist University.

Outside of work, she loves to travel especially to her native country of Zimbabwe. She loves to cook and entertain. She recently took to farming where she is growing ethnic vegetables on a small farm. Her favorite times are those spent with family and friends.
