SHOUT Global Hawk UAS Data Management and Archive Tab on the NOAA UAS Website Established

Global Hawk 2015 & 2016 hurricane data is made publicly available for advanced research and analysis. The NOAA UAS Data Management Plan (DMP) was developed within the framework of the Environmental Data Management Committee (EDMC) for handling UAS instrumentation package data and covers acquisition, ingest, quality control, integration, visualization and archiving. Tribal Interest Group for UAS Webinar Discusses Common Interests and the Warm Springs Tribes FAA UAS Test Site. The NOAA UAS Program is co-hosting the National Science Foundation’s Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (NSF C-UAS) Advisory Board Meeting (August 8-9)

The industry advisory board will be held in Washington, D.C. at the NOAA Center for Weather and Climate Prediction. The NOAA UAS Program is co-hosting the National Science Foundation’s Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems as it holds its semi-annual Industry Advisory Board (IAB) meetings to review research progress and re-evaluate how our projects are meeting industry needs.
